Laura Graves is a 32-year Miami resident and a 26-year top-producing highly skilled and tenacious negotiator. She has over $730 ML in career sales and is known for her keen analytical skills, and dedication to market research and trends. She has represented sellers, fellow realtors, developers, and buyers in virtually all price points and locations in Miami and the surrounding areas, and has consistently remained in the top 1% of realtors nationwide.

As a listing agent, Laura has achieved some of the highest list-to-sell ratios in Miami and continues to break sales records daily in the highly competitive south Florida marketplace. Her encyclopedia of knowledge and dedication to professionalism has earned her well deserved respect amongst sellers, buyers and real estate industry peers.

Laura has volunteered her time to numerous charities and boards within her community and greater Miami and is a lifetime animal advocate. She is currently the alumni-liaison for Florida International University’s (FIU) Real Estate Student Association (RESA). She has mentored many students and colleagues throughout her 26 year career.
